第一，入住當天的前台態度很不好，問她什麼時候可以入住她就説不知道，我讓她告訴我具體要等多久，她就很不耐煩的説不知道，第二房間衞生不行，寬帶用不了座機用不了電視開不了，第三隔音不行，晚上不知道哪裡傳來的聲音凌晨三點多鐘，打電話讓前台來看，前台説這是有節奏的聲音跟鬧鐘一樣的沒事，不影響休息，我當時直接無語了，不影響休息我叫你上來聽什麼，你就給我來一句不影響休息？！第四，續住衞生弄的不行，廁所洗手枱沒弄都是頭髮，地板也是頭髮，煙灰缸裏的煙灰也沒有倒掉，用過的浴巾也沒有換，牙刷也沒有拿
