This place has a beautiful view. You can walk near the harbor and relax. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The pool just needed to be cleaned. There were a lot of bugs floating onto of the water. The Italian restaurant located next to it is great also.

Hotel was conveniently located to the large shopping malls. The hotel staff were extremely friednsly and helpful, even though they could not speak english. They were always ready to translate. The soaking pool on the balcony was heavenly.

我們訂了2天家庭房，酒店的環境很不錯，房間很寬敞，乾淨整潔，床也很舒服，陽台還有一個温泉池，陽台對面大海。雖然酒店位置不是在商場圈，但打車很方便。前台小姐姐、服務員都很熱情。雖然第2天突然發有一個小插曲，前台經理小姐姐處理很好，也很貼心服務。推薦，下次再來海口再來住。
