The hotel is at the end/start of the famous qilou street (you can’t drive into the street but only can drop off at the end of the street) which was great because I did not have to walk that much! Reached hotel at 9am and room wasn’t ready but the staff was super nice to give us a free upgrade to the SMART room since our room was ready, and because they wanted to let us rest after an overnight flight! Staff also remembered us and greet us every morning/night! They would also replenish the toiletries every day which was so good for a budget hotel/hostel! The room was extremely clean too, bed was soft and comfy! Asked them about checkout time, they were very flexible about it and gave us till 2pm even! I guess that’s the good thing about small hotel/hostel? Would stay here again!

Room is standard, great value for money, downstairs is the Qilou Lao Jie, wake up for morning empty street photos, bell tower in walking distance. But most stand out are the staffs! Boss lady is super friendly like a sister of family, the duty manger is very sweet, even cleaners would nodding and say hi when you walk pass. If you are looking for some place like a normal home, I would highly recommend this place.

I actually stayed here before and decided to extend my stay. The lady at the front desk was really sweet and even got me some 菠萝蜜 fruit to try. The amenities were also great. Water was provided as well. I also liked the shampoo and body wash they had. And again, a very comfortable bed.

Only for a one night stay so wasn't expecting much but the service surprised me. Friendly and kind. Location is superb, but also mean frantically trying to unload luggage; jamming the road. Entrance was also half hidden by what looks like a clothing store.

The hotel looks new and is located in the Haikou walking street. That is very convenient and easy to find something to eat. It is a bit confusing that they sell cloths in front of the hotel. The staffs cannot speak English but are very friendly. The room was spacious and quite clean. There are 2 bottles of water provided in the room for free of charge. Sleeping with ear-plugs is recommended if you book a room with windows, which is facing to the street and a bit noisy in the morning. 100 CNY in cash is required for the deposit for 1 key card.

Dirty, broken window - a lot of mosquitoes come in and bite us like mad. Cannot sleep whole night. Toilet is dirty. But location is pretty good - close to the shops. Noisy at night though.

The hotel is situated in the old town of
Haikou. Our room was super clean, well furnished, had a comfortable bed and was very quiet because faced the backyard. The stuff was friendly.
