The service was great, especially Joan n Benny who had upgraded our room to the beautiful river view without my request, which I was planning to ask when checking in, that was a very pleasant surprise indeed, and furthermore our room was changed immediately, after i complained of smoke stench was strong. Amenities were great especially the lavish garden by the river, and the 25 meter swimming pool just topped it all. However, the down side was the buffet breakfast, which really needs improvent

Got lucky and was upgraded to a much bigger room. Lots of room for my little baby to crawl. Buffet breakfast has a large variety of food and they are delicious! We tried the Ginza Japanese restaurant one of the nights and I must say it is average. Overall, I would visit Pullman Haikou again!

I decided to extend my stay, because everything at this hotel is amazing! The staff, the room, the facilities, breakfast... I absolutely LOVED the hot springs, fish spa and pool! Great views from the balcony. I would also recommend the Japanese restaurant on site - I tried several kinds of sushi and compliments to the sushi master! The Western restaurant was just okay in comparison. The sushi was really great!
I want to praise duty manager Helsey Huang who went above and beyond in helping guests (thank you again for everything!) as well as Daisy Xie who was in charge of the amazing breakfast. If I hadn't been so jetlagged, I would have wanted to eat all morning. I wish I had taken a photo of the many delicious choices!
I can also vouch for the massage by Ellen 韦雪兰. I went to her twice - I felt so much better afterwards. The spa is huge with several private rooms with bathrooms and showers. Very delicious tea as well. It just made for a very relaxing atmosphere.
A huge plus was also the fish spa and hot springs/pool. It was very relaxing to just soak in the water for a bit, overlooking the river. The whole garden outside is really nice, with hammocks and swings.
I also want to thank Benny Lu who helped me during checkout - I really appreciate his kindness. If I hadn't made plans to go to Sanya, I would have stayed even longer.
Also, as a side note: the entire hotel smells amazing! I hope I get to stay there again sometime. I would definitely stay again!

There are very nice hot-springs baths with different temperature and different types of aroma (roses, herbal, natural) and a bath with peeling-fishes.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where we spent two days. The breakfast and location were great, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service.
We were fortunate to be assisted by Yan Yan, who went above and beyond for us. Our daughter developed a wound that became red and swollen. When we mentioned this to Yan Yan, she immediately offered help — consulting with her doctor, ordering the necessary medicine online, and arranging for it to be delivered to the hotel. Without her, we would have struggled, as we don’t read Chinese and didn’t know how to navigate the local apps.
On the day we checked out, we traveled to Haikou, a city two hours away. Unfortunately, my husband left his MacBook behind at the hotel. Once again, Yan Yan came to the rescue, arranging for a Didi driver she trusted to deliver the laptop to our new hotel within three hours. This was a huge relief, as we had an early morning flight the next day and retrieving the laptop on our own would have been extremely difficult.
Thanks to Yan Yan’s incredible support, we avoided a lot of stress and trouble. Thank you, Yan Yan — your service was truly 10/10!

We booked the family and it was the perfect configuration for a family of 4. The bunk bed was just the right choice for our 2 kids. The resort facilities were great, overall wonderful place to take family with kids.

Nice breakfast, room was ok although we didn't have a river view. Restaurant staff very good especially Steven Lu and another girl who's name I didn't get. Lovely pool and hot springs. Check in girl wasn't the friendliest/most welcoming when we arrived. All in all a nice hotel
