The room was visibly worn but you can see they still take great care in trying to maintain the cleanliness and functionality. Toiletries provided are of good quality and the tubs were clean too. Service from the front desk and housekeeping staff were top notch - they even called after we checked into the room, to see if we were satisfied with the room given! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and even offered to help us find where we could get local SIM cards and attractions to visit. I am super wowed by them. Breakfast spread was decent and had a nice variety of both western and oriental options. The restaurant provides children cutlery and baby chair upon request. Just remember to take note of the gate/entrance you are at when calling for a ride because there's a few different doors.

The interior of the hotel has been well maintained despite its jaded exterior. Service of the staff is commendable and they offered us a compimentary upgrade to a higher floor. Breakfast needs improvement and if you need to pay for it, I suggest you skip it altogether.

Third time staying at this hotel. Wonderful experience, as always! Very good service, comfortable beds, clean room & a fruit basket as a compliment😊 really appreciated this small touch. Good breakfast too - fine selection of western dishes, besides Chinese traditional morning meal options:)
