Hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The room toilet door was spoilt, unable to close. Bed mattress is very thin. Lobby is dark and has strong cigarette smell. Only 1 or 2 stars rating.

Not all staff is friendly and helpful. But on the whole the hotel decor and living arrangements is great. The long bath come with spring water option . To be rated for hotel us 8/10 - location is 7/10 and friendly staff is 6/10 .

It's a very established hotel. Best thing is there are hot spring water in the room itself. And a hot spring pool to enjoy too. Can try if you like hot spring.

Happy with our stays. But spa n gym already shut down. Got connecting room. But door locks spoiled. Got 3pin plug. Convenient location for foods n market

The room was old and dated. The toilet bowl flush not working. The breakfast choice was limited and not nice.

The hotel had a musty smell, the bathroom door hinge was broken and the room was dusty. I had booked 7 nights at the hotel but decided to cancel after 2 nights and move to an alternative hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.
