The duplex apartment is very beautiful. My kids like a lot. They have started playing inside the apartment and don't want to go outside. The sea view is very nice. The car parking is only 7.5 Rmb per day.

It's a been a hard year (or 3) in China due to COVID-19, so this was such a GREAT LOCATION for a Christmas trip with my family. We've live in China since just before the start of COVID and haven't been able to travel as much as we'd like. SO, this was great. The host was amazing, always helpful to solve any problems (there weren't many), and eager to accomodate. The loft was amazing and what a view!!! It was clean and quaint, and PERFECT!!! We were SO RELAXED here!!! We came with my wife and two of my teenage kids.

I booked it because I wanted to watch the Lantern Festival fireworks show, but I barely saw any of it, which was a bit disappointing. However, the owner was very nice and still recommended it.

It was a very pleasant family trip. The landlord was very friendly, the house was clean and tidy, and fully equipped. When we arrived, the landlord drove to pick us up in person, gave us some suggestions for local tours, and shared valuable parenting experience. The trip to Haikou was very successful. I will come here again for a short stay next time if I have the chance!

There are two floors, the living area is on the first floor, and the sleeping area is on the second floor. There is also a small bed on the first floor, which can sleep 5 people.
