Apartment is old but is well kept and clean as mentioned in the reviews. The amenities are good with many eateries. It would be good if we can be guided on how to use Wechat. Didn’t know that I had to communicate with owner via WeChat. Thankful that I have a Chinese friend who used his WeChat.
Like the place. Only complaint is the toilet floor is really wet. Would be good to provide a rug outside each toilet.

房間乾淨整潔，交通便利，入住十分方便，停車費超級便宜，外賣超級快，周圍環境也不錯，出門走幾步就是海邊🏝️拜託港口的夜景真的有些夢幻好吧，下次來海口還住這裏，愛了愛了❤️

房子和圖片拍的一樣，完全沒有讓我們失望！小區很安靜，陽台和樓上的房間可以直接看到大海，視野超級好！自己開車的話，樓下停車也很方便！性價比可以説是很高了！房東有問必答，很熱情哦！
