老闆熱情爽朗，親切熱心，房間乾淨衞生，受老街騎樓結構影響，房間稍小，還可以接受。地理位置很好，超方便。購物，小吃，拾光清補涼不錯，乾淨衞生，堂食涼爽舒服愜意。

房間乾淨衞生也很不錯主要就在騎樓老街周邊全是好吃美食離騎樓老街不遠走路10分鐘海口第一夜市，老街裏還有海鮮批發市場（批發市場）

地理位置非常好，在騎樓老街中山路步行街的第一家。定的豪華雙床房，有2個1.5米的床。唯一不好的是雖然攜程寫的是14:00以後入住，但是定了這麼久房 從來沒有遇到過非要等到下午2點以後才可以入住的情況。早上10點到了以後沒有房可以休息，把行李放在前台去逛完街回來還是沒有房，衹好11點就去把午飯吃了，吃完到12點了還是沒有房。最後打攜程電話才解決。然後攜程訂房都是免押免查房直接入住。結果到了還好我出按金。也是打攜程電話才解決。不得不説攜程還是靠譜。
