就在景區裏面，店內準備了旗袍可以穿着拍照 免費的，可以省下租衣服的錢。住在景區裏晚上人很少，也可以去另外一條街，隨便走走拍拍。離機場很近，適合中轉也不會太無聊。就是衣服 款式這些年也沒什麼變化，希望店家可以定期更新一下，有些太破的可以淘汰了。
住了好幾次 感覺還不錯 這次是幫朋友訂的 有機會還會再去。

服務：電話諮詢，來公社門口接送，幫忙拿行李，態度、服務都非常好！
衞生：可以。
環境：很好，裝修（雖然有點舊）很符合那個年代。還有免費旗袍、配合家居照相效果很好。

住了這麼多年酒店 第一次感覺掉坑裡了
酒店在一個影視城裡，晚上基本上沒人，旅館裏也沒什麼人，沒有電梯，衹有各種裝飾品，陰森森的，大晚上外面音樂放到十點鐘，吃飯都沒地方
酒店價格其實是含了景區門票的，如果想體驗風格可以考慮，單純居住體驗來説實在太差了

房間不通風，有點氣味。坐便圈上尿漬成串，很令人噁心。服務態度還不錯，特別是前台小帥哥熱情周到，值得點贊。

太驚喜了，本來對於電影工廠沒有報太高期望，但是馮小剛演藝公社南洋街區真的還原度極高，住的旅社可以免費換裝拍攝，我大概換了5套，人少的時候是可以的。平時是2-3套一個人，前台的小姐姐人超nice[Cute][Cute][Cute]
然後就是景區的表演，開放式互動表演，還會給我們喝大碗茶，離演員們超級近，走走停停看錶演，完全是全新的體驗。有點意思。
來演藝公社一定要住在景區裏！

民宿在南洋街景區內。店家佈置是用了心思的，很有民國風情，注重小細節，賞心悦目我們很喜歡，服務熱情周到，自駕車停在景區外停車場，酒店有電瓶車接送。整個電影公社分三個部分，值得觀看，推薦入住！

酒店在馮小剛電影公社裡，拍照打卡很出片，還有表演，酒店房間衞生比較乾淨，可能是沿海城市，屋裡有壁虎，屋裡就一個電插排，充電、使用電吹風不是很方便，床比較高，年紀大的可能不太方便，房間整體佈置很有民國風，公館管家小夥很熱情，孩子比賽，我們每天都要去1號攝影棚，不管大太陽還是下雨，小夥都會開車送我們過去。值得推薦
