總體評價：房間很安靜，真的很棒。
一、優點
1、房間很安靜。我住的是5樓的房間，隔壁的聲音基本上傳不過來，關上門以後走廊也基本不怎麼吵。不像我住過的某些隔音不好的酒店，隔壁洗澡上廁所、鬧鈴聲都能傳過來。雖然，隔間的隔音做的非常好，但是窗外的隔音差了一點，我把房間的窗户打開通風，外面空調外機滴水到鐵皮上的聲音還是蠻煩人的，但是關上窗口外面的滴水聲就會小聲很多了。雖然有一點點美中不足，但是隔音這方面已經非常好了。
2、窗簾很遮光。可看圖片。我在下午的這個時間段想午休一下，把窗簾放下來以後基本上遮住陽光了，就像到了晚上。
3、距離海南政法職業學院也算是蠻近的。我入住第一天走路去政法學院，大概花了15－20分鐘，當時是傍晚，傍晚的時候走去政法學院這條路的電動車真是挺多的，買菜的、接小孩子放學的都有，人行道也被停放的電動車佔據了，第一次走這條路挺不習慣的。第二天早上走這條路大概花了10－15分鐘，原因可能是我熟悉了路，還有可能也是早上的電動車少一些，走在路上的時候不用擔心的頻頻回頭看後面的電動車會不會碰到自己。
4、吃飯很方便。樓下就有吃飯的店鋪，吃完飯了就能回酒店繼續看書了。
5、硬件設備齊全。有電梯，有熱水，有空調，有電視，有WiFi等等。但是，關於熱水，我想説的是——好消息：有熱水；壞消息：水温不太好調控，因為是夏天的緣故，水温太熱了，不容易調好。我一邊洗澡，一邊調節水温，大概調了5分鐘，才調整到合適的温度，調好了温度，感覺也差不多洗好了。
6、房間裏有桌子和凳子，晚上要學習的話挺方便的。
二、缺點
也沒有什麼缺點了，衹能説是我的生活習慣導致的一點小問題。房間裏凳子太軟了點，坐不太習慣，坐床上的話，床上更軟，坐久了感覺有點不消化。我本來想問問前台的女士有沒有塑料凳什麼的，但是又不好意思問。
三、備註：
1、據説去年7月份的時候，因為酒店的生意不是太好的緣故，把二樓出租出去做棋牌室了，蠻可惜的。不知道3樓會不會比較吵。
2、我住的房間比較小。開門的時候要小心一些，要不然門會打到後面的洗手池。
總結：房間安靜，值得入住。

衞生不錯，各種設施都好，就是隔音不是很好，是這個價位酒店的通病了。商家還給升級了房型～一樓大廳有桌椅，可以退房後在那休息

這個價格絕對非常有性價比，房間環境跟其他同價位對比絕對超值；服務還非常貼心，前台的工作人員每一個都非常熱情，會親切跟客人打招呼，辦理升房，延遲退房，地理位置也好，樓下就有早餐店，下一次有出差需求還是會優先選擇。
