老酒店，但房間乾淨衞生，門口停車位不多但可以免費停馬路對面傢俱城門口，出酒店大門右走五十米有個大家樂早茶，就是很多電動車的地方，是個巨大無比的當地人吃早茶的地方，一定要去體驗。海大夜市和酒店也不遠，晚上很多年輕漂亮的女大學生宵夜逛街，一定要去體驗。我還和一個本地海南妹子聊了會。

性價比不錯，前台溝通愉快，還記得老客户。
面積緊湊，但門口位置可以打開行旅箱，夠用。
因為是有歷史旅館，是固定頭頂花灑，有點不習慣，還有少了一盒批發價一元錢餐巾紙，是講究衞生客人看重，也是避免客人手濕擦手床單，有價值的。
周圍小食堂多，海南大學夜市方便，距離影視拍攝的世紀大橋也不遠

體驗極差，在外面玩回來，一身汗居然不能洗熱水澡，凌晨我抱着孩子拎着行李換酒店住，酒店就一句話，鍋爐有問題，熱水太熱了，開熱水嗓門燙着了，不行就給你退房，大半夜的孩子都睡了，全家人都沒洗澡，我也是醉了，體驗極差

地點還是不錯的，在海甸島上，距離海大南門夜市和騎樓老街那邊騎車的話都1公里多。也算是一個獨棟的賓館了，該有的都有，但是可能年頭稍微老了一點，所以房間裏有一些大大小小的毛病，比如説這個不好用，那個不好使的，換了房間之後也基本上解決了，價格還是很便宜的，所以都能將就，還是不錯的，性價比挺高。

是個老酒店了，衞生很差，被子是破的，床靠根本不敢靠，窗户外面有些淤泥，有點潮濕，衞生間，桌子有很明顯的臟，空間倒是挺符合90塊錢的
服務：客人來了問了才去接，不怎麼好。
