服務非常滿意，特別是前台，因為個人原因需要延遲退房，前台為此特批給了延遲退房。酒店地理位置非常不錯，周邊的餐廳也是非常多的選擇，從酒店打車都大多數景點都在20塊以內，早餐也挺不錯的。還有機器人服務也是特色之一。

1、酒店隔音太差，樓下就是燒烤攤，會營業到很晚
2、衞生不好，牆體有發黴的情況
3、在預訂時候，問前台雙人床是不是1.2m，回答都是1.5m，然後入住後才發現是一張床是1.2m，另一張床1.5m，找她們時候説沒辦法換
4、辦理入住慢，服務態度較差

進去的時候馬桶有毛髮，本想不計較的。但是一個外賣都快20多分鐘都沒送達，打電話才告訴我需要自己開門確定機器人有沒有來，語氣也不好。吊兒郎當的服務

1、房間內蚊子太多，進去不到5分鐘，被咬了5次！2、一個房間衹能給一份早餐，第二份收費。
3、做為海南的夏天，房間衹有一床厚被子！

第二次入住，必須給好評，交通周邊方便，服務親切，防疫工作很到位，客房衞生很乾凈，床睡很舒服，早餐營養豐富合口，以後每次出差都過來住，推薦推薦。

停車費還得自己出一部分，錢沒多少，但體驗很不好，玩文字遊戲，説的報銷停車費，1份/天，不如直接説就報銷十元，其他自理，不至於誤解！

酒店位置交通方便快捷，臨近免税店，商場，大學城，小吃風情街等，吃住行都非常方便，有提供自助烘洗衣服務，有機器人送物品無接觸服務，房間衞生乾淨整潔，前台服務特別親切熱情，早餐豐富，是我出差一直以來都喜歡住的酒店之一，值得推薦。
