As soon as I entered the entrance, I noticed a huge booger on the wall, which was a bit disgusting. I immediately posted a note to remind me that I was staying for two consecutive days and my aunt would close the room the next day. I would collect the trash when I came back. Oh, this booger is still on the wall, it’s really outrageous! After checking out, I showed the photos to the front desk and reminded them of the hygiene issues in a friendly way. They were so indifferent that I was speechless.

The parking lot is very large and the lady at the front desk has very good service. There is a self-service drink machine in the lobby. It is highly recommended.

The experience of staying at Jiajie Boutique Hotel is excellent, with elegant and comfortable environment and considerate and meticulous service. The room facilities are modern and complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The geographical location is superior, close to business districts and scenic spots, and the transportation is convenient. Next time I come to Haikou, I will choose here again. The breakfast is good. The self-service frying pan for omelettes should be replaced. The firepower is too small. The room is not bad and the price is high.
