位置還行，騎車到騎樓老街不到10分鐘，在酒店附近有不少特色吃的，還有一條賣菜和魚類的小巷，比較方便， 酒店衞生不錯比較乾淨，還有個白紗簾，比較實用，我在這裏住了7天，整體感覺比較舒適。

除了價格便宜外，沒有任何可比性，要不是衹住一晚，離第二天要早起去的地方近，絕對不會選擇這個，衞生間乾濕不分，提供用品之簡陋，衞生用紙都是那種路邊攤的落灰小抽紙 ，房間連飲用水都不提供，房間的燈光開關在進門處，睡前必須起來關燈再抹黑回床，床邊插座是松的，手機衹能放在別處充電，雖然有窗但是不敢開窗睡覺，樓下是什麼加工廠通宵機器開着，一進門就有種説不出的感覺，反正不敢恭維。

看起來老舊了，衞生不咋地，晚上蚊子弄的我們睡不着，打電話給酒店前台還不接，出去一看人坐在那裡電話不接更氣人了，服務態度差👎👎👎

總體來説還是不錯的，環境乾淨，服務很好，地理位置很好，位置可以挺方便的，走路到騎樓10分鐘吧、酒店花灑水壓很不錯。周邊很多賣服裝商超這些。環境挺乾淨，房間很寬敞，位置也很棒很好找，就在路邊，玩再晚回來都很放心，出了酒店門口就有的士，去騎樓老街雲洞圖書館都很近！最重要的是附近夜宵小吃種類是還蠻多的，下次還來！

簡單來講 妥妥詐騙！隨便換了招牌就攬客
環境：非常差 頁面顯示2023新裝修 其實就是舊的賓館隨便換了個新名字！一樓沒有前台 沒有電梯！需要自己爬樓梯！房間被排在三樓尾間 對面的不知道是設備還是什麼一整個晚上都在響！
設施：設施非常老舊 洗漱台的水龍頭都沒有 是直接對準人的！且設計不合理 沒有乾濕分離不説 洗手間的水就算關門洗完會漏到房間內
衞生：衞生也不好 拉窗簾完了才發現手上纏上了明顯的蜘蛛網！！洗手間水垢明顯 房間內有壁虎晚上睡覺聲音很大！沒有拖鞋
