上週末住大床房，這周訂了標間，感覺標間明顯比大床房精緻些，床上還額外有一個有益於睡眠的枕頭，上週沒有。飄窗上的茶台也很精緻，床品布草沒得説。就是建議淋浴房門口應該備塊地巾。訂了含早餐的單，早餐品種還行，熱菜品種少了些，有現煮粉面，總體味道一般。此次鄰客房吵鬧尖叫讓人毛骨悚然，住客也不是酒店能選擇的。

單位在二樓還辦了一天諮詢會，同事住了十幾個房間，到了酒店兩點多了外面打印也不方便，讓前台幫忙打印一張表格，結果來一句，收費，免掉的話自己要搭錢，態度這麼差，常年出差，一年出差三百多天在外地出差，住了這麼多酒店第一次遇到這麼無語的酒店，我凌晨兩點才到酒店，正常酒店都會幫忙打印，我兩點多跑外面也都關門了，前台還這態度，
環境衞生也不行，一次性拖鞋都沒有，很臟很差，不建議大家來這裏

這是一次非常非常糟糕的住店經歷了
我是19點20左右到店，前台説沒大床房，説給我安排雙床房，我當然也不能同意，然後直接給我安排了一個比我預訂房型低一檔的房間，我感覺不對，但前台小哥堅持説沒錯。
到了房間門口，刷卡刷不進去，聯繫前台，10多分鐘才有人來給我開門，過了5min之後前台小哥又來送門卡，我又提出這個房間不對的質疑，他還是堅持説房型是正確的
聯繫了攜程客服，客服反應非常快，核實處理也很快，才得知這個房型就是比我預訂的低了一檔！前台小哥撒謊！兩次！
然後我也不想換房間了，不想折騰，攜程給出的處理意見是退還相應的金額，我同意了
等到晚上10:30了，我都快睡著了，房間電話響了，前台打的，説看到攜程下單退單了，問我是不是要離開，我整個一個大無語
攜程聯繫酒店，酒店説看錯了，很抱歉，贈我一份早餐
早上去了3樓，吃早餐，被告知我的房間並沒有早餐，呵呵
酒店一直沒有出面過
真的很糟糕很糟糕的體驗

進門的位置地磚上一直沁水，怎麼擦都擦不幹，差點滑倒n次，衹有墊個毛巾才能走，如果有長者孩子很容易滑倒，房間裏全是煙味，不抽煙的人和孩子很難受。行政房都這樣那其他房型不敢想像。

酒店四樓帶有露天温泉泳池魚療，小孩特別喜歡。泳池還配備喜馬拉雅鹽和浴巾，驚喜。三樓自助早餐大概有90多種，還有海南特色臨高小吃，清補涼，明檔有海南粉湯、煎餅等；酒店還設有免費接機服務，晚上還有開夜床服務和甜品配送。開車去的酒店，地下停車場有兩層，停車位還是很充足的。酒店整體給人感覺非常舒服，整體保養的很好，不像開業5年多的酒店，一次愉快的入住體驗，值得推薦，五星好評！
