Very dissatisfied
1. The room I booked online was not ready when I arrived on the same day, and I had to wait an hour for it to be packed.
2. The housing environment is very poor. The sound of cars on the road is very loud and affects sleep. The facilities are very poor.
3. The 50 yuan deposit was not refunded. No one was at the front desk when I checked out. I contacted him by phone and was told to just leave the things at the front desk. The deposit was refunded via WeChat, but I didn’t reply to any messages later.
