酒店距離省聯通200米，離省移動800米。辦事方便，和維也納同棟大樓，分屬不同樓層，兩家酒店前台都在一樓，用餐都在四樓，有下午茶和宵夜麪條。房間乾淨寬敞明亮，衞生間乾濕分離。不過少了化粧鏡，對於佩戴隱形眼鏡人士不太方便。前台小姐姐服務很好，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，找她打印資料和借辦公用品均能滿足需求。房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！
