一個人輪椅出行，特地選擇了臨海的住所。我入店離店工作人員主動來幫忙推輪椅和行李箱，感到海南不僅天氣宜人暖和，人也特熱情。在這裏住的幾天都沒操心。小區環境挺好，安安靜靜，綠化好，主卧陽台和客廳陽台都面朝大海。房間乾淨，衣櫥特別大。我這套房間還有大沙發大電視大廚房大冰箱，感覺大大滴好，給個贊！

這次入住體驗遠超預期，各方面都很讓人滿意！服務十分貼心，前台辦理手續高效，還主動推薦了附近的特色美食和景點，有需求時響應也很及時，全程感受到熱情。衞生設施無可挑剔，房間一塵不染，床品柔軟無異味，衞生間鏡子、地漏等細節都處理得很乾凈，熱水充足且Wi-Fi信號穩定，完全沒有後顧之憂。地理位置優越，樓下步行就能到海邊，店裡還能租電瓶車，去周邊熱門景點都很方便，太讚了，下次還選他們家！

給朋友預訂的酒店，前台服務特別好，提前聯繫，朋友住了説海景特別美，真的是海景房，樓下就是海邊，實現了他們北方人看海的夢，房間空間大，站在陽台就可以看海，房間衞生也是特別乾淨，貼心服務，房間還配有泡腳桶，北方人來海南也不想家鄉了！地理位置也是很方便，位於海口市中心世貿，去哪裡都方便，前台還給朋友發了海南旅遊攻略，去哪裡玩去哪裡吃，特別好！酒店離騎樓老街，海大夜市，雲洞圖書館，天空之山都很近！第一站就這麼完美，選擇酒店真的很重要，床品舒服，衞生乾淨，睡的香，太好了，更重要的是這個價格入住海景房，真心不錯，你們可以放心選擇，好的酒店需要分享，特別棒[微笑]下次來朋友定點招待朋友的酒店，不錯不錯！

訂的是柒棲的海景大床房，客服自動給我升成了優佳爾的一室一廳。房間主打的就是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，廚房微波爐電冰箱洗衣機等設施全部配備，客服在你沒有入住前是貼心小管家，入住後回覆消息你就等吧！説一下入住體驗，詳情頁面寫的是2025年開業，但酒店應該是有點年頭了，開門進去不是海風撲面，而是會聞到一股子黴味，衣櫃被單都有點兒氣味，入住後一定要檢查一下床上四件套，就會發現一個大手掌印兒，不知道是上位住户留給我的還是保潔阿姨留給我的，給客服發訊息，第二天才回覆，然後給我換了一張帶黑點的，換了個圖案，怪貼心的。那個床是我有史以來睡過最硬的床，不過老話説的好，睡硬的對腰背好，哈哈！不過該説不説還是真能看見海，住的位置不算繁華地段，晚上到酒店真的就是摸瞎，很昏暗。別的酒店有別的酒店的優點，它有它的缺點，你想和我有一樣的體驗，就入住試試。但還是奉勸一句，你要是預算夠可以考慮有一下別的酒店，如果你真的入住這家酒店，個人建議：自備牙刷牙膏毛巾浴巾洗髮水沐浴露護髮素洗面奶一次性床上四件套等，最後祝你入住愉快🙃
