Haikou Hainan Center Intercity Hotel

This is probably the worst hotel experience I've ever stayed in. Facilities: It should be newly renovated. The facilities are relatively new, but the exhaust and air conditioning are faulty. Hygiene: Hygiene is OK. The room is okay and there is no smell. Environment: The environment is really hard to describe. The building opposite was under construction all night. Even if you close the windows, the exhaust is still bad. The room is stuffy. The air-conditioning exhaust is still malfunctioning. If you don’t close the windows, the sound of construction in the building outside is always loud, so I didn’t sleep well all night. Service: The above problems were reported, but the staff couldn't solve them when they came. In the end, because it was too late, I had to bite the bullet and make do with it for one night. I communicated with the hotel's front desk manager during the day and thought that it would be better to go out and play more than to do less, so I agreed to leave. I originally wanted to stay for 3 nights at 50% of the room charge, but I immediately changed hotels. They must be dissatisfied. Customers’ sleeping problems cannot be solved immediately. I couldn't sleep one night and didn't even have the energy to go out for fun the next day, so I negotiated for a 50% refund of the room rate. Then wouldn't it be more comfortable for me to stay in a fast hotel worth over 100 yuan than you? Really bad👎🏻

The hotel is super good, the service is super good, the breakfast is great, I like the pajamas and sofas of the Intercity Hotel. The biggest highlight of this hotel is the great view. You can see the renovation of Haikou, which is particularly beautiful.

When I asked about the newly opened hotel, it was a high-end brand owned by Huazhu, a German brand. The room must have been carefully treated and there is no smell at all. The floor is very high, like over 50 floors, and the view is unparalleled. The breakfast is also very rich, mainly because I like the style so much. This is the only restaurant I will visit in Haikou from now on.
