Musi Fanpin Hotel (Haikou Meilan Airport)

It's close to the airport, so I took a taxi. It seems there is also a shuttle service from the hotel.

This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. The check-in process took far too long. We were exhausted after travelling, yet we were asked to scan a QR code and fill in additional information. I completed everything, but the system wouldn’t let me submit the form no matter how many times I tried. The staff kept insisting that I try again, and we ended up standing at the counter for almost an hour. There was no air-conditioning in the check-in area, and I was nearly fainting from the heat. I tried communicating with the staff using a translation tool, but we still couldn’t understand each other. Eventually, I had to call an interpreter and explain that I had already tried many times and that this was clearly a problem they needed to resolve — not something I should be left struggling with for an hour, especially in such heat. I believe the hotel needs to improve its service standards. The staff should be able to communicate in English, especially since the hotel receives many international visitors, or at least have someone present with problem-solving skills. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay. Additionally, the shower water pressure was very weak.
