Atour light is a great hotel even though its not as big as other hotels. I like to praise the staff'for their positive, helpful attitude. I am satisfied with their service, especially a young man by the name of Yan Yee who goes beyond his duty to help with translation of english. Assist in booking our cab and assist especially with the mandarin address which we were clueless. Kudos to all the front line staff and ground staff who were very helpful even when they were busy. A young cheerful lady staff (did not get her name) was also very helpful too in helping us on our final day of checkout when we have difficulty with the didi booking App. We very much appreciated their fantastic service, the past few days of our stay here. Keep up the good job. Your management should be very proud to have such a great team. Our 4-nights stay here was made pleasant. We wish to thank the staff, senior staff & everyone for the service rendered. Our rooms are 1306 (me) & 1307 from 20-29th Nov 2024 and we are from Singapore. 👍🙏

The room is large, clean and tidy with a large mirror.
The room is soundproof and I can hardly hear any other sounds.
