離新港比較近而且還比較新的一家全季。坐落在街內，即離主街不遠，又安靜。房間寬大，樓層高，床品，衞浴和寢具都非常舒適，唯一不足的是自動馬桶沖水生意很大，夜間睡眠不好的可能會有點點影響。充滿了飲用水的小冰箱遠比華而不實的軟飲適合於家庭房，院內的地面停車位充足。周圍有家頗有煙火氣的早茶樓聚福安，早上7點營業，吃膩了酒店配是自助可以選擇那裡，就是人多要排隊。特別要贊全季的洗衣房，有阿姨給熨好衣物清理收拾放好。如果外出來不及收衣服，枱子上留言小紙條，酒店會派人送回房間熨好，管理得特別好!下次海口扔要選擇全季!

設施設備都比較新的一家全季，乾淨衞生 房間有榻榻米 34層視野挺棒的 房間沒買早餐 辦了個會員兩人用餐 早餐也還比較豐富 下次再到海口還住這裏

入住體驗感很好，原因是定給家人住的，但是感受到了酒店整體很好，也很仔細，會提前告知即將入住酒店的一個情況，也送了酒店伴手禮，各方面都很周全。特別謝謝黃汝芹前台小夥伴這幾天的細心照顧~

來看跨年晚會，酒店整體都很滿意，就是機器人送外賣等了20多分鐘都沒上來，還是打電話前台好幾次才到。。

有2點不滿意，一是房間的熱水洗澡時忽冷忽熱，二是房間裏2瓶都是洗髮露，沒有沐浴露，最糟糕的是用完才發現！
