I spent a few nights here. Before and after the arrival of typhoon Yagi in 2024. I must commend the staff's tireless effort and calmness. Before the arrival of the storm they did their best to prep us, advised us on what to do etc. After the storm, they quickly worked on the restoration. While there were alot of inconvenience I was more amazed how they really tried to accommodate to our demand and continued to work after the typhoon ( as if they don't have worries back home). I salute them all. Thanks for the care and warmth they showed.

Rooms are nice and modern, but hotel is not yet ready. Around 25 minutes from the center, but me t to the Expo

It is very close to the New Seaport Terminal and the duty-free shop, and next door is the exhibition center. The room is very new and clean, the service is very good, the service staff is very friendly, and they actively help to solve problems when we encounter them. We are a self-guided tour, and both young and old praised it. They also gave us two gifts before leaving. I will probably book here again when I return to Haikou after a round of fun.
