We stayed in the family theme room and were very impressed! It was spacious, with one king-size bed and a super single bed—almost 130cm wide, which comfortably fit our family of two adults and two children. The location is also very convenient, close to several shopping plazas and restaurants.
The hotel provides a free self-service laundry room, but you’ll need to collect a voucher from the front desk first.
Overall, it was a great experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Special thanks to the front desk staff, 小进, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us and even reminded us about an item we had left behind. Much appreciated!

Second time booking this hotel. The location is very good, close to parks and eateries. Receptionists are friendly and helpful with collecting deliveries.

Super great location and hotel. Front desk staffs are exceptional! Special thanks to Lisa and two other girls who helped me with a room upgrade and multiple parcel issues throughout my stay 🥰 hotel is spotless clean. Love it and will definitely come back again!

We were here for vacation and very amazed with the friendly staff and good services. They were swift to respond to our needs for stuff replacement in the room and information on surrounding shopping and attractions. Special call out to Qiu Lin for her great assistance. The room is nice, cosy and modern in decoration. Overall, a great hotel to stay in..

Very nice location near the park with both Ocean view and the pond shaped like a whale. Small malls and shops in the area. Nice walking distance to the nightly lights display on building and a couple kms from the bridge area. Very nice overall stay.

Hotel has a good location surrounded by many restaurants/bakery/cafe. There is also a mall just across the hotel and a souvenir shop adjacent to it. I only booked the room for one night but decided to extend my stay as it is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The room also has ample space and looks very modern. On the second night, the hotel staff also left a fruit basket in my room; thank you for the kind gesture. For the price paid, I'd highly recommend this hotel!
