Hot spring Hotels in Haikou

This is my favourite resort and place to stay in Haikou thus far! We booked the family room which comes with 2 double beds and a bunk bed. It's super spacious despite the number of beds, and the kids loved the hot tub. The only downside was the sliding doors were a little hard to manoeuvre for little hands so we just mostly left them open. There were both adult and kids bathrobes and bedroom slippers and wet slippers (we used it for our trips to the hotspring and pool) as well as kids dental kits and shower toiletries. Our package included buffet breakfast and dinner, spread was great and the kids had no difficulty finding food they liked. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotspring, followed by the indoor pool. The animal club was small-ish but the kids had fun there too. It was a pity the outdoor water park and firefly activities were closed/not available as it was winter and we weren't aware of that. Also, not all the pools in the hotspring were loaded with the herbs but the upside was there wasn't much crowd when we were there. Just a side note: A number of farms in the area were closed on weekdays also because of winter/typhoon destruction. So make sure to call up before heading over.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is quite good, not that crowded than in downtown. A special thanks goes to Erin Wu. She made it happen that we got our rental car. I want also mention Kourtney Hey and Steve Shi for their good support struggling with my Apps. Also our room maid was great, I got always a extra coffee bag🙂. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that you have to wear a swim cap in main swimming pool. That’s the first time that we had to do this but this is a governmental rule I was told. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay after the disaster typhoon Yagi. The outdoor facilities were destroyed but the indoor swimming pool was great for the children.

Great Location and clean room, did not get to use their hot spring or FOC stuff because we are all busy travelling out. Nice spread of buffet breakfast, my kids went to play a while at their children playroom, and we bought a pushy sloth for my kid.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

The hotel is located at the west gate of Wanlvyuan, close to the sea. There is a swimming pool and hot spring pool on the first floor. The surrounding environment is very good and you can take a walk on the beach at any time. The reception is very enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are also new with smart systems, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep in the room is very good. The hotel breakfast is Cantonese style. You can experience Hainan Laoba Tea, which tastes very good. Many locals drink morning tea in the restaurant. In short, it is great value for money and a very satisfying experience.

Some small episodes encountered during the honeymoon trip were also enthusiastically helped by the service staff, especially Manager Lu who solved our urgent needs. Facilities: This room is relatively good for families. The only drawback is that the blanket in the room has hair and stains. This is also a defect in the blanket in the room. It is not easy to take care of. Hygiene: enough in terms of hygiene Environment: The surrounding area is more commercial, and the geological hospital is relatively close. 🏥 Service: When I checked in, I said that it was free parking. As a result, I had to pay the fee. There was a discrepancy with the free parking marked by Trip.com. When I checked in, I asked the front desk that I drove over. Why can’t I park with a private parking space or other parking space? Fang, because I don’t know the parking lot management here, I thought that the hotel was normal and empty. I asked the owner of the car to call me to come down and move the car. Fortunately, I still have a phone in the window. If there is no phone, people must not be anxious to die. Stayed at the hotel for two nights, I was very satisfied with the hotel service. On the second night, I was lazy to go out and dine on the fourth floor of the hotel. I ordered braised pork feet, beautiful duck jaw and hollow cabbage separately. The braised pork paws were small, and a lot of dried bamboo shoots were filled. As a result, three pieces of meatless bones were put under the dried bamboo shoots. The dishes were propped up and the waiter showed them to the chef. The reply was actually ”this is our case”. There was no apology! Are you Sun Erniang opening a black shop? !

The environment is nice and comfortable. The terrace is well designed and you can rest and drink tea. There is a washing machine and dryer on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. The swimming pool is large and the hot spring is also very comfortable
