Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Haikou

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. This hotel has its own free underground parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving. It deserves praise. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good, and the arranged room is very comfortable. The environment is very good, with complete facilities and equipment, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a children's playground. There is also a hot spring, which the service staff said is a natural hot spring. The breakfast variety is also rich and the taste is good. Overall, the hotel itself is well equipped and is worth recommending.

Our family have a pleasant stay at this sparkling new hotel (18Sep to 20Sep). We booked the triple beds & double beds room type, the room is spacious with bed that is very comfortable. Good amenities like cable-less handphone charging, availability of the laundry machines (washer & dryer) at the 1st floor (free of charge) really a great help for family travel with elderly & kids👍🏻. The hotel have good spread of breakfast with choices for western or chinese. We have a good times here. Tq🙏🏻
