Haikou Hotels with Gym

Hotel has a good location surrounded by many restaurants/bakery/cafe. There is also a mall just across the hotel and a souvenir shop adjacent to it. I only booked the room for one night but decided to extend my stay as it is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The room also has ample space and looks very modern. On the second night, the hotel staff also left a fruit basket in my room; thank you for the kind gesture. For the price paid, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

My final stay was at the Mercure Haikou City Center. I booked a Deluxe room, which was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and even helped us check out from the previous hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to parks and malls. The room came with a bidet, which was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was weak, and since we couldn’t open the window fully, we had to sleep without blankets. Overall, for the price and space, I can’t complain. It’s a great hotel for city explorers who just need a place to bathe and sleep. There are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance, and you can easily rent a bicycle to explore Evergreen Park, Century Park, and even Qilou Old Street.

This stay really surprised me! The hotel is very attentive. They called shortly after booking to introduce the hotel's rights and asked what time to arrive at the store and special requirements. The front desk service is considerate and thoughtful, and they took the initiative to upgrade our room for free, with a wider view. The lighting atmosphere in the room feels warm and soft, creating a unique immersive experience, which is very suitable for relaxation. The room is spacious and tidy, and I slept until I woke up naturally, without the trouble of recognizing the bed! And I added the service butler WeChat, introduced some surrounding attractions and sent some guides, which is not bad. I went to Longhu Paradise Street next to it and walked there. I ate a lot of food, all kinds of cuisines, and it was good to visit. I feel that the location of the hotel is still good. I will choose here next time.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

The hotel is great, beyond my imagination. Come to participate in the consumer expo, and accidentally found a newly opened Home Inn Collection Hotel on Guomao Road is trial operation, and come to stay with the idea of giving it a try. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will feel refreshed, much more luxurious than the previous home. Entering the room, although it is a new hotel, there is no smell of decoration at all. The room is spacious and clean. The whole house is smart. The TV air conditioning curtain lights can be intelligently controlled. There is also a refrigerator and disinfection cabinet in the room. The most surprising thing is the window of the room. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, It's really great to see the beautiful night view of Haikou. More than 100 meters downstairs is a large shopping mall Friendship Sunshine City, and there are many delicious foods inside. After the comprehensive experience, all aspects of the hotel have been done very carefully, far exceeding my expectations, highly recommended.

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

On the first day of arriving at Hua Ming Hotel, Xiao Ming at the front desk warmly welcomed us and took the initiative to show us the room. The room made people feel comfortable at first glance. Xiao Ming also introduced the hotel's various facilities and services attentively. His meticulous attitude made us decide to stay without hesitation. When we checked in, he also gave my daughter a pair of children's toothbrushes, which my baby loved very much.

Neat and funky, modern with some techy stuff. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was less ideal but suffices. Big room and spacious rest area which I like. The sound proofing was pretty decent so you don't hear the train passing by or the traffic noise, that is until your neighbour speaks loudly (thankfully not for long) or if someones slams the door hard (esp if you are sleeping). Great black out curtains which open on its own when you remove the key from its space and closes when you're stick it in (think it depends on how you set it before you leave the room). Bathroom was also splendid. As was the nespresso coffee- great for waking me up. A very comfortable place of rest until the final night- we were told that the sensor malfunctioned, waking us up in the middle of the night- curtains opening on its own, air-conditioning suddenly switching off (no we didn't change any settings for that to happen), lights turning on all of a sudden. All good otherwise.

Before checking in, the hotel called to inquire about the room requirements. I think it was very considerate. They arranged a very quiet room far away from the elevator. The service response speed was also very fast, whether it was to send water or anything else. And the attitude of the staff was very good. They would greet you when they met you. There would be welcome tea when you checked in. The room quality was very good. The hotel was newly opened this year. All facilities were very new. The mattress was really comfortable to sleep on, not too soft or too hard. The most important thing was that there must be three types of charging cables at the bedside. You can charge with just a data cable🔋
