Atour Hotels in Haikou

I have a very good impression of Atour. Every time I go out, I basically go to Atour or Huazhu Club without worrying about making bad choices. This Qingju Hotel belongs to Atour, a new store that opened last year. The room is very clean, there is no odor, the sound insulation effect is also great, and the service attitude is very good, which brought a perfect end to our Hainan trip!

Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the duty-free city, about 10 minutes drive from the new harbor, the surrounding area is relatively empty and quiet, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The room was upgraded, and the duty-free discount coupons and coffee were given. The room size was OK, the bedding was comfortable, Xiaomiao and Zheng Qun had good service and patiently answered questions; when checking out, the other two ladies also provided water to drink on the road, which was more careful.

We had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Haikou Wanguo Metropolitan Qilou Old Street. Would like to commend both 万星 (manager) & 天顺 (assistant manager) for making us feel welcomed and going beyond to recommend and make reservations for our visit to the Museum. Kudos to the management staff for ensuring all the staff are well trained, they carry out their duties with enthusiasm & dedication. Even the aunty that cleans my room is so polite and cheerful and does her job with pride. I am amazed when I left my clothes in the washing machine and 2 hours later found it dried and neatly folded & packed in the laundry bag👍. We can feel the genuineness of the service that rivals most 5 star hotels. The amenities in the hotel is excellent and the hotel is new and well kept. I highly recommend this hotel.

The new Atour is located on a new road section. The surrounding area is still new. This Atour experience is very satisfactory. The decoration maintains Atour's usual level. The lobby and the library are very attractive. The instructions for the elevator and the corridor are clear and not easy to get confused. Advantages: 1. The room is very comfortable. There are tissue boxes for bedding, pillows, bedside and washbasin, which is very convenient. There is a yoga mat, but I don’t have time to experience it. 2. The tea set is good and convenient for drinking tea. There are tea and coffee. There are 4 bottles of water and a Sprite in the room. 3. The laundry room and the gym are together. I experienced the drying service, which is very good. I can see on the screen in the room that there are several washing machines and dryers available. 4. The overall cleanliness and facilities of the room are satisfactory. 5. The price in the off-season is very cost-effective, but the Atour applet is more expensive than Ctrip, so I have to continue to support Ctrip. There are three shortcomings: 1. After arriving at the store, they said that the executive king-size room was not ready yet, so they gave me a balcony king-size room, which may not be a good choice: the balcony cannot be experienced on rainy days, and there is some water and dust accumulation on the balcony. There is a glass door to go out to the balcony, which is shared with the next room. If you are traveling alone or female, the balcony room is not recommended. 2. I forgot to bring hand cream, and I found that there was no hand cream in the Atour room when I arrived at the store; 3. The toilet is not a smart toilet. Haikou has been cold these days, and the toilet also reminds me of this.

I'm an old customer of Atour. The location is OK. It's Chinese New Year. There are not many places to eat nearby. It's a short walk from Baishamen Park. When traveling, I always choose Atour, but I feel it is still different from before. The room is a bit small and the location is not good. The price-performance ratio is not as high as before. Suggest more room options

It was a wise decision to choose Atour this time! Every item of the hotel's guest supplies is thoughtful. The slippers are thick and have a good texture, very comfortable to wear, no need to worry about foot pain. The free mineral water is also [brand name], of great quality. The small tea bags in the room have a variety of flavors, and it is super comfortable to make tea. Atour really does service to the extreme, love it!

The hotel has an excellent location and the surrounding environment is convenient for travel. The room was clean and tidy. When we arrived late at night, the front desk was very considerate and arranged a room for us. Due to the weather, the flight was delayed and the hotel also provided a late check-out. Really five star service. Finally, the children were given small gifts.

Overall it's very good, very clean, tidy and sanitary! The service is very thoughtful. The only small drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy. It's still a little noisy in silent mode, but I'm not sensitive to noise so it's not a big deal. The breakfast is pretty good and delicious. The gym is also quite large with a lot of equipment
