Came to Haikou to watch a concert, and chose Atour the next day to stay closer to the return station. The exterior and interior of the hotel look quite new, which is quite a contrast to the surrounding environment. The lady at the front desk is very gentle. The room smells fragrant as soon as you enter, and it is a comfortable fragrance that is not pungent. Unlike the Lavande where I stayed the night before, which smelled musty as soon as I entered, this is particularly good, and the sheets are also dry and comfortable, which are the kind of bedding that is a little smoother than 40 counts, and the bed and pillows are the kind of softness that does not collapse. And the TV can also be projected on the phone🥹🥹 I also bought a breakfast voucher, the fruit is very fresh and sweet, and the sesame gluten is very delicious. This stay experience really makes me only want to stay in Atour in the future😔🫶

🌟Hygiene: The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. The room was spotless, the bed was as tidy as new, and there was no smell in the bathroom, which made people feel extra comfortable and at ease. At first, I didn’t understand that Yaduo’s sheets were made of bare cotton, and the little dots on them were cotton seeds. I thought they were dirty, but the guy at the front desk patiently explained it to me. I gave him a thumbs up 👍🏻 🌟Service: The service attitude of the staff is first-rate. Whether it was the warm reception at the front desk or the quick response from the room service, I felt warm. 🌟Environment: The room is very large, about 40 to 50 square meters by visual inspection. Very few hotels have such a large space and are very quiet. This is great news for people like me who have high requirements for sleeping environment. . Here, I can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a peaceful rest. All in all, I was very impressed with this hotel. Whether it was a clean and sanitary environment, high-quality services, or a quiet room, I felt extremely satisfied during this trip.

The newly opened hotel has a good location in the city center and is convenient to go anywhere. The decoration style is also very natural and comfortable. Especially the bedding is so comfortable that I don’t even want to get out of bed. I have always heard that Atour's service is good. After this experience, I feel that it is indeed a great value for money. The front desk not only helped us bring our luggage to the room, but also welcomed fruits and late-night snacks. Moreover, the facilities in the room are also very complete, especially since it has been raining in Haikou for the past two days. It is very convenient to have an umbrella in the room. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

Went to watch Kanye’s concert~ The hotel is not far from Wuyuan River and it’s quick to take a taxi. Living here also makes it easier to visit the West Coast. There is also a McDonald's in the mall downstairs. The decoration, sanitation and service are all very good. I even got free lemon tea after checking in. The restaurant where you have breakfast can see the sea, Mimi. We drove here by ourselves. It was fun to drive on the coastal avenue and parking at the hotel was free. Next time I come to Haikou, I will consider staying on the west coast ~

Atour light is a great hotel even though its not as big as other hotels. I like to praise the staff'for their positive, helpful attitude. I am satisfied with their service, especially a young man by the name of Yan Yee who goes beyond his duty to help with translation of english. Assist in booking our cab and assist especially with the mandarin address which we were clueless. Kudos to all the front line staff and ground staff who were very helpful even when they were busy. A young cheerful lady staff (did not get her name) was also very helpful too in helping us on our final day of checkout when we have difficulty with the didi booking App. We very much appreciated their fantastic service, the past few days of our stay here. Keep up the good job. Your management should be very proud to have such a great team. Our 4-nights stay here was made pleasant. We wish to thank the staff, senior staff & everyone for the service rendered. Our rooms are 1306 (me) & 1307 from 20-29th Nov 2024 and we are from Singapore. 👍🙏

The hotel has an excellent location and the surrounding environment is convenient for travel. The room was clean and tidy. When we arrived late at night, the front desk was very considerate and arranged a room for us. Due to the weather, the flight was delayed and the hotel also provided a late check-out. Really five star service. Finally, the children were given small gifts.
