這家酒店問題確實存在非常多問題，第一就是有一雙拖鞋壞了，臭的要命，打電話讓服務員説把拖鞋給換掉，服務員換了，不過房間裏還有那股臭味，讓服務員拿個來噴蓋掉那股臭味，服務員也沒拿來，臭味在房間裏把我們薰了一個晚上。第二就是水壺接觸不良，也沒人拿去更換。第三就是椅子靠背壞了也不換，第四就是臟亂差問題非常多。基本上服務員們都是應付式打掃，都沒打掃乾淨的。
