前台客服工作專業，擺放一次性口罩給予顧客使用，細節位加分，設定一台升降機，直接到達客房樓層; 略嫌運力不足。獲分配客房，佈局舒適整潔，床墊、被套光潔雪白。枕頭提供軟硬各一個，方便不同個人需要。浴巾使用塑料袋，密封包裝，倍感潔白衞生。還有免費提供一次性面巾;
細節位再加分。除了免費提供瓶裝水外，還有即溶咖啡和紅茶飲料; 一次性紙杯和拖鞋等。相當良好的入住體驗感。
