酒店在山上，氣氛真的很好。 散步，把車停在房間前面真好。太好了。
辦理入住手續花了很多時間，我認為員工不友好，但除此之外，他們非常關注讓員工如此善良和舒適。 温泉有很多種類，很安靜，所以我喜歡它們。 但是，孩子們玩耍的地方水很臟，所以需要改進。 酒店餐廳有固定的時間，除了那個時間之外吃任何東西都不方便，但是開車 30 分鐘內就有了新城市，所以你可以出去吃飯。 如果衹有幾件事有所改善，即使很遠，我也想再去一次。

從前台登記入住有管家：章川東全程跟蹤服務，車接車送、非常貼心，宵夜還送了4盅甜品。客房清潔衞生、乾淨整潔，温泉水質很乾凈泡起來很舒服，娛樂項目很多，餐廳的食物也很好吃。以後還會再來的。

房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，遊樂項目多，孩子們玩得很開心！管家劉嘉妮小姐非常認真負責，不但給孩子們送來了小童拖鞋浴袍，還送了水果零食和糖水。由於帶着兩個孩子，預訂的大床房睡得有點擠，嘉妮還主動幫我們調換了雙床房。下次過來深汕還會選擇水底山温泉莊園，真的非常棒！

酒店居住體驗非常好，本來以為園區比較大會有接待上的不便，但是我們的管家張寶香給予了非常熱心的幫助，所以一切都很及時和順利。房間後院的温泉池在泡之前也是會有人打掃的，包括這種服務以及送餐都挺快的，還有接送到大堂和温泉的電瓶車，但是其實走過去也挺近👍

非常滿意，空氣真是太好了，與周邊山水融為一體，可以在莊園裡散步、跑步，正好淡季人不多，會影響餐飲，結果餐飲很好，晚餐點了份豬手、滑蛋炒魚片，蛋非常嫩，晚上泡温泉真是享受！早上練了練太極，感覺洗了肺一樣！
