第一次來這個酒店，給我的印象不錯，性價比很高，非常實惠，酒店房間都很乾凈，服務總枱熱情服務，態度親切感非常好賓至如歸的感覺，出了房間大廳就可以下到海邊沙灘，眼前看到的是一片一望無際的大海，周圍的環境優美，遠離城市的喧囂，是一個很好的度假勝地，酒店的早餐也很不錯，下次還會再來

第一次來這個度假村酒店，給我的印象不錯，性價比很高，非常實惠，舒適安靜，酒店房間都很乾凈，一打開房門就是一片椰樹草坪和沙灘，睡醒後打開窗簾落地窗外風景很好。旁邊還有一個泰國餐廳和小酒吧，氛圍也不錯，前台小姐姐都很熱情，態度親切感很好服務也很贊！

酒店位置極佳，就在海灘旁邊。房間裝飾精美，設施齊全。陽台無死角看海，下樓就是沙灘，停車免費，含早餐，早餐豐富，如果喜歡海景話，這裏挺好的。

我連續6年暑期都有去南方澳度假村，這次感覺室內環境好了，但沙灘一年比一年垃圾多。今年剛裝修完，房價超貴，有點物不所值！員工的服務態度挺好的！早餐就對不起一千多的房間，像民宿，管飽！

海景房，景色宜人
暑假期間，能理解條件有限
還在開發中，到附近的飯店大概15分鐘車程
既然合作區，希望做好服務質量。
向前台反饋需要換被子和需要電吹風，都是回答稍等一下....最後不了了之。
辦理入住時，上一位顧客突然插進來問問題，前台顧着回答，沒有給我下午茶套餐的券，導致下午我去下午茶的時候才被告知需要到前台領券，然後服務員説幫我微信問，我坐下等了十五分鐘後，再折回問服務員，這時才打電話給前台確認....這些種種的效率，真的需要改善啊。

面朝大海，衝著沙灘和大海來的。
設施有些老舊，房間的門鎖壞了刷不了卡，前台給了一把鑰匙也打不開，衹好安排維修師傅來開，但入住的這幾天，每次都要請師傅才能開，有一點不太適應，哈哈
度假村裡有一家海鮮餐廳，但味道確實不咋滴，服務更不咋滴，如果要吃飯，必須要開車出去15分鐘有其他餐廳。買一些小吃或者用的也是。
但是，度假村裡有充電樁！這對電車非常友好，而且電費非常非常的便宜，驚喜！
