We booked wrong dates by mistake. When we arrived Alex realy helped us to find alternative place The owner Itamr gave us full refund although we order non refund reservation! We very recommend this hotel, they honest and integrated!

primero nos dijeron que no estaba pagada la habitacion, luego no nos quisieron reconocer el desayuno que habiamos pagado y finalmente el cobro en la tarjeta fue en dolares y mucho mayor al contratado.
