Things i liked: Good location close to airport, accept foreigners, clean, nice breakfast (they even managed to get us a coffee sachets), view is not bad (high floor), rooms are warm and beds are comfortable. Thinks i found little disappoint - check-in took forever. One lady started checking us in, than another took over and was asking to show the same codes again. Main disappointment however was the SPA. We were told by Ctrip this hotel has a SPA (we asked ctrip to confirm with hotel), but when we arrived we were told SPA is not operational and to make things worsts - the hotel didnt have hot water. The water in the bathroom was around 20 degrees warm maybe - not warm enough to venture into shower. I eventually filled up half of the bath with this semi warm water and added 4-5 kettles of boiled water to get the temperature bit higher - before i could actually wash myself.

非常好的一家酒店，循化酒店天花板，整體服務人員的素質很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服，服務態度更是超級好！辦理入住還送酸奶，一進房間味道香香的，住的是河景房，能看到黃河流過，美景凈收眼底，晚上還有晚安熱飲，要了一杯蜂蜜柚子茶，幾分鐘就拿上來了，服務周到，讓人無比舒心，十樓還有健身房，吃完晚飯跑跑步，全身輕鬆，強烈推薦大家入住！！！
