好幾年沒回家 那天忘了帶身份證 結果前台説可以説號 掃臉 解決了我的突發尷尬情況 真的很貼心 而且去年結婚也是在這辦的 酒店雖漸漸老 但是服務真的特別好

10月8號入住外面下着雨，海城這個温度真的讓我很詫異的是這麼大酒店不能用空調，而且前台提前沒有告知，卻怪我沒有問，問了前台説現在空調不允許用，自然風，供暖了就不冷了，前台的解釋和態度簡直了，而且房間裏還有蟲子。地毯，衞生，不愧是10多年的老店
