Hai Duong Thanh Binh Hotels

After finishing the Halong Bay cruise with my wife, we returned to Hai Duong and stayed there. It is a convenient, cost-effective hotel close to the city. The staff are generally friendly too.

“Great Stay at Phuong Anh Hotel” I had a wonderful experience at Phuong Anh Hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The hotel overall is clean and tidy, front desk service is good.Seems the hotel need to think it can be improved is only one key card pass to the guest and if you forgot to bring the key card then we must wait for the house keeper to open the door. The other is the restaurant waiters is poor response so the service is deteriorated and much more training is needed.

The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, but it's not too far away—about 1km—so you can easily get there using Grab. The hotel staff are friendly, but the crowing of chickens is a bit noisy in the morning. Breakfast is provided, but massages and meals are not provided. I was able to stay in a large room at a reasonable price.

The sanitation of the hotel is relatively poor. It is about one kilometer away from the city. There are one or two places to eat. It is a place for temporary accommodation. It takes a while to take a car.

Having a wonderful stay at Mandala Hotel and Suites Hai Duong. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was close to city center and Industrial park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone having business trip in Hai Duong

I stayed in room 912. It was clean. There was a TV in the living room and bedroom, and I could watch Japanese news on YouTube. Room service beer was Heineken, 30k D.

High cost performance! Great scenery

Very decent. Only problem is it's location. It's in a residential area with very little to do. However the room is very nice, modern and clean. WiFi is fast and reliable and staff are friendly.
