The hotel's view is okay, behind the river there is a bit of a smell. There are not many dishes served for breakfast, nor are there many outside restaurants to choose from. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, it is quite expensive

The location is okay. There is a decent cafe nearby within walking distance.
There is a simple Chinese, Vietnamese and Western breakfast

After finishing the Halong Bay cruise with my wife, we returned to Hai Duong and stayed there. It is a convenient, cost-effective hotel close to the city. The staff are generally friendly too.

The hotel looks like it's been a long time, but it's well-maintained, so there's no problem with hygiene. However, it was disappointing that the noise was loud and the TV had poor picture quality. I turned off the refrigerator in the early morning and went to sleep.

1. The front desk who checked in did not understand Chinese at all, nor did he speak English. It took a long time to check in, and the experience was not good.
2. Single room facilities are okay
3. The shower partition is too small, especially in the standard double room, and you can’t turn around.
4. There are too few sockets in all rooms and their locations are not reasonable.
5. Breakfast is okay
