隔音差：晚上隔壁電視機響；大清早的樓下各種響也就算了，8點服務員開關門框框響，説話聲音也特別大。
服務差：前台用鼻孔看人，出門愛搭不理也就算了，每次進門都大聲問詢是哪個房間的，咋了，我沒付你房錢還是客人看起來都像是賊？用不用給你掏身份證核實下啊，真的是毫無服務意識，讓人反感，為什麼店裡就那幾個客人不好好想想嗎？第一次去也是最後一次去！

枕頭上還有兩根不明毛髮，臟亂差！枕套就像用過沒換過一樣，早餐白粥蘿蔔乾，奶黃包，雞蛋，就這些。。。辦理入住那個前台服務態度極差。

第一次來李堡出差，房間很乾凈，酒店的工作人員服務都很到位，酒店有免費停車場，難得在小鎮上有這麼好的服務，前後住了半個多月，下次出差還會來入住。
