We stayed in this hotel on November 13, but there is an automatic room distributor at the entrance, but a surprising thing is also a night watcher at the reception. Thank you very much, Peter, because we had a problem with the room that felt strongly cigarette. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The next morning a top breakfast with a receptionist, certainly very young but adorable and careful for us. Don't change anything! We'll tell you soon!

We stay at Ibis hotels when travelling with the dogs because we know that they're always welcome. The open areas have been renovated and create a welcoming atmosphere. We decided to have an aperitif at the bar and Perrine, the young lady on duty, could not have been more friendly, with plenty of ideas on what do do in the area. The breakfast was excellent. It's a short drive to the pleasant centre of Haguenau.

The Trip application that did not transmit to the hotel that there was a 10-year-old child with us two, his parents. The manager showed me his shipment document, in fact it was noted 0 child, I showed him my confirmation of booking the application. Happy and professionally, the manager will do what is necessary to make the night work comfortable! Otherwise, big room, big bed, impeccable litre, we have sleeped well! :-) TV and climate (in heating mode given that we were in December) Big water room with shower in Italian. There is no problem with parking, a lot of parking is available in the street and next door.
