Just what you want from a cheap room -- clean, quiet, good bed, everything works. Six-Euro breakfast buffet deserves a special mention because the quality of everything was higher than I expected. Coffee-Bread-Cheese-Croissant isn't complex but done well its really good (and there was more).

A short distance away from Strasbourg, this is an excellent hotel for travelers with cars. In fact, a car is a necessity if you wish to stay at this hotel. * this is a very comfortable, well-appointed hotel for people of all ages. * the car park is spacious, and in the open. * the breakfast is excellent and offers a wide choice of dishes. * the staff is friendly, and the bar is well-appointed. * there's a small lounge with a TV where we saw the France-England match during the football World Cup 2022. * Strasbourg, Mulhouse, Colmar and other places of interest are within easy access from this hotel.

Nothing to remark about the hotel: usual Ibis quality and service. Breakfast could do with a bit more fresh products but otherwise you have anything you need. The area is in an industrial area, and out of the city centre (you will need to take your car).

We stay at Ibis hotels when travelling with the dogs because we know that they're always welcome. The open areas have been renovated and create a welcoming atmosphere. We decided to have an aperitif at the bar and Perrine, the young lady on duty, could not have been more friendly, with plenty of ideas on what do do in the area. The breakfast was excellent. It's a short drive to the pleasant centre of Haguenau.

Découverte de cet hôtel à l’occasion d’un spectacle au Royal Palace. Accueil chaleureux, personnel très aimable et très gentil, chambre très petite, propre et fonctionnelle l nous étions au Rez de chaussée avec la rue bruyante en face, néanmoins une fois la fenêtre fermée, plus aucun bruit. Le peu de monde à cette époque fait que l’hôtel était calme. Dans la salle de bain quelques petites réparations sont nécessaires, rien de méchant, par contre les toilettes sont tellement basse que l’on se croirait dans une maison de poupée, à revoir absolument, c’est vraiment galère. Très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner sucré salé correct, avec une mention particulière pour les oranges pressées. Dommage que lors de notre départ, aucun personnel présent pour recueillir nos impressions et nous souhaiter un bon retour.

Ce coin regorge de petites sorties qui méritent le détour, comme les villages de Hunspach et Seebach, le chateau du Fleckenstein, ou une simple balade en forêt à Haguenau; à recommander une halte à Baden Baden côté allemand, la ville romantique des thermes et du ******

Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit apres une longue route fatigante.C était sans compter sur l accueil du receptioniste et de sa très grande amabilité. La gentillesse de Pierre (Il nous a confié son prénom ) dépassé largement ce que l on pouvait s imaginer à une pareille heure.Le parking est bien situé tout juste proche de l hôtel pour le transport des bagages c est pratique.Et j ai pu constater que ibis haguenau s engage dans la voie environnementale car il y a des bornes recharges électriques à dispositions de la clientèle. Au matin hyper ravi d être accueilli par la receptioniste Perrine , un ange d une gentillesse et d une prévenance sans limite.Un ratio petit déjeuner vraiment au top si on prend en compte la qualité des produits. Un hôtel à la pointe ! Continuez comme ça !

Très belle hôtel avec parking bien situé. Un accueil par le receptioniste de nuit que nous n oublierons pas de si tôt .Merci à vous Pierre pour votre gentillesse et la très grande disponibilité que vous avez eu avec moi et mes amis.Avec vous on peut dire que la satisfaction de la clientèle est la politique même de la maison.L installation fut bonne avec une chambre familiale spacieuse au 1er étage. La cabine de douche et les toilettes très propres. Au matin la receptioniste au petits soins et un petit déjeuner au top ! Mes amis et moi reviendront volontier dans cet établissement. Félicitations à toute l équipe !
