"The location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location!
The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers.
Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it.
In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time."
"It was a great little aparthotel type of accommodation near the beach. It is on the cutest little beach street with a dozen of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The beds were very comfortable. The little minikitchen has what you need for a couple of days or longer. The hotel staff was beyond kind and helpful!"
"The location of this hotel was perfect. Unfortunately there is no view of the beach, but you can be on the beach within 5 minutes. There is also a supermarket and bakery very close by. Because there was a refrigerator in our room, we could easily store food and drinks to take with us on our adventures in Scheveningen.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the hotel 24/7, so we could be out late and still get into our hotel room.
The hygiene was fine. Everything was just neat and clean, and we got clean towels when needed."
"This is a wonderful super beautiful and neat hotel. 10/10. I liked absolutely everything! Breakfast is also very recommended, delicious, satisfactory, Swedish table with a cook. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel itself as a museum."
"The hotel is located in the center of the city, so it is very convenient. It is very quiet as soon as you enter the hotel (the sound insulation is very good). The lobby is very warm and suitable for you to soak in the hotel lobby when you don't want to go out. There are various flavors of coffee benefits, and you can use them at your convenience."
"1. Excellent location, 500 meters from The Hague Railway Station, supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, bars downstairs. Next to the City Hall and Opera House.
2. The room facilities are simple and hygienic. I saw many dogs coming in and out (but I couldn't smell the dog smell). There were no toiletries, slippers, kettles, teacups, or drinking water. You can go to the restaurant bar on the first floor, where there is a water machine where you can get some for free. The service attitude is not bad.
3. Breakfast is basically bread, salad, eggs, pancakes, cakes, coffee, milk, juice, and yogurt. You can eat enough.
4. There is a tram track at the entrance of the hotel. Those who need to sleep should pay attention in advance."
"Fabolous find in the Hague.ao close to everything. The price was fantastic no one could believe it and must say its one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in"
"Really nice hotel, only the person from the reception was not very flexible. I wanted a late check out (willing to pay for)but he only wanted to check it in the early morning on the day of checking out. For me it was useless since I wanted an hour of extra sleep."
"This is a small hotel similar to a family, because the room is not big in the city center, the room and bathroom are very clean, but the sound insulation is not good, the next room opens and closes the door in the morning, we have set breakfast but not in the store, to go three streets, We didn't find it for the first time, and came back to ask, and the clerk was particularly good at taking us over. The hotel has its own parking space in the alley opposite the hotel. We didn't dare to drive in for the first time, because the alley was too narrow, and it turned out to be on the pedestrian street. Maybe the roads in Europe were narrow. Although it was a dual lane, it was enough for a car to pass."

Amazing
JJamesThis hotel is fantastic! The location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and mine had a nice view overlooking the entire city.
The service is great too. They check with you if your room is ok and constantly ask about the service and ask if you need anything. This is nice.
Everything is close to the hotel including shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The local markets that were nearby on Sunday were lovely and full of amazing food and different products and just nice to wander and enjoy the view and environment.
Recommended staying here!

Great
GGuest UserWe were there over the weekend and I listed three adults online and booked it.
It was listed as a family room. However, when I arrived, it was a large room with only one king-size bed. Definitely too small for three adults. And the connecting door was closed.
No slippers or bathrobe. We also only had two large towels in the bathroom.
I expected more from a Hilton.
The location is great.
You can park directly below. However, you should book the parking ticket online. It only costs €29.70 for 24 hours.

Great
GGartCWThe entrance is next to Starbucks and very central. When I got in a bit messy and a **** smell. But that is general in the Netherlands I think :( When I arrived at reception they had a great double espresso and I was able to checkin early, appreciated. The room is good, very nice view on the main street. Small fridge and water available, nice. Had a great time as it was very close to all the location and the tram. So I have a very good stay. What I noticed is the noise in the evening was not there. I expected (main street) this to be quite an issue, but very quite to be honest. Certainly will be back!
And with regards to the pic, the weather was as usual not nice. But not something the hotel can do anything about ;p

YyodeskaGood hotel in relation to location and comfort of rooms. Had a room at side.of hotel so view was great and noise level was low. Bit stingy on the coffee and tea and had to request more. Hotel looks high class but is just a regular, run of the mill hotel. Only services available is food available from 5-9.30pm and then a bar service. Bar staff are obnoxious and egocentric though so atmosphere is bad. All other hotel staff are great. No leisure centre or fitness center. No vending machine either just overpriced snacks and water available at reception.

GGuest UserRooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and casinos nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)
GGuest UserExactly as expected. Basic small room only with no frills but still value for money in this off-season. Good shower room though. Bed bit lumpy and thin walls. But perfect location in centre (no sea view). Staff friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

GGuest UserNice place close to The Hague’s city center, just 2,5km. Clean and friendly staff. Also it has its own dedicated design for each floor. I’ve loved the popcorn machine at the front desk.
