Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.
The site says there is a lobby bar but there was no bar at all.
Internet speed was very low, if the WiFi worked at all. When complaining it was said that it was due to our devices .... Even in surrounding restaurants WiFi was better!
A deposit had to be given from our credit card (we have never experienced this before!) and it took 2 days after check-out before it was cancelled.
The room was fine and clean.

Terrible place, don't go! No atmosphere, not clean, very rude staff and zero sevice. You can get much better value for your money in The Hague. Also the location is crowdy in a residential area. Photographs do not match the real situation at all...

They charged me 50 euros for my pet when they never told me I had to inform them about it and I think it’s really unfair because I did self check in.. they just take advantage of the clients..

The Executive suites have little in the way of cooking facilities. That was my mistake, I usually book a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is safe and quiet. It has free laundry facilities which are very useful. It has air-conditioning which again is useful. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet at night. My only gripe is the dark brooding look of the rooms. Dark woods and a bit lacking in colour. I hope they upgrade them sometime. But this place is a positive place to stay, and everything is good. The TV is not a smart TV, so no casting from youtube. :D Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great area of the Hague. Easy for the coast and the city.
