カウンターの2名のお兄さん もう少し 愛想良くしてもいいかも…本人たちにしてみれば これが普通ですと言われるかもしれませんが ホテルのフロントは ホテルの代表者(ホテルの顔)なんです…普通じゃダメなんですよ…真顔じゃダメなんです！接客サービス業は作り物でも笑顔が基本ですよ！到着してすぐに残念な感覚でした…笑声で笑顔を心掛けて下さい！
あと 客室の照明ですが 暗すぎる…
朝 メイクをする際 洗面台の上部照明が鏡に遠く 鏡に顔を近付けるともっと暗くなる…女優ライトを設置してとは言わないが（笑）もうすこし明るくなるように出来ないものか…それと ゴミ箱小さすぎ
あと お土産やさんの営業時間ですが チェックアウト時間が10時迄なら お土産やさんの営業時間は同じ10時迄ではなく 10時30分迄とかにするべきでは❔帰りに買おうと思ってても そんな表示をされてたら もう閉まるから買えないかな…ゆっくり別のところで買おうと諦めることになります…売り上げも変わると思います…
それと その前に設置してある飲料の自販機ですが 紙パックのカフェオレを買ったのに牛乳が出てきたとの事です…

地理位置：離東萩站有30分鐘以內的路程，可以把行李先寄存在東萩站的案內所，然後酒店的人回來拿行李，先去觀光，然後打電話叫酒店的人來接，基本上不超過2km都可以免費來接。
服務：標準的日本旅館水平，但沒有過於出色的點。
設施：房間內配有洗面奶、乳液、卸粧水，但和大浴場一樣，沒有做出特色。大浴場有兩種，如果早上的大浴場能開放到11：00的話會更好，9：30實在有點緊張。
食物：連住兩晚的餐食有區別，長州牛和海鮮都很棒，但是前菜和甜點就很一般，別注料理也沒特色，河豚刺身如果不是18：00來就點不到。早餐不好吃。
房間：有一些老舊，不在衞生上，主要是沒有USB插口等。
温泉：很棒！立之間和座之間都很棒，建議兩個大浴場都要嘗試！

萩本陣的温泉池設計得有意思，室內、室外、半露天環繞一圈泡下來很有趣。到東萩站後可以先把行李寄存在車站案內所，請工作人員聯繫酒店把行李拿到酒店，等觀光回來後再聯繫酒店車來車站接（下午三點到六點）。酒店有車可以上山頂展望台（880円），對着日本海的夕陽泡腳感覺蠻不錯。

Staff were very kind. The Kaiseki dinner was superb.
Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip.

This hotel is convenient to go to Shoin Shrine on foot, although it is a steep climb from Shoin Shrine to the hotel. They have a shuttle from and to the station. They also provide baggage pick-up from the train station. The staff are very kind and friendly. Food is great.

盆休みにする事無くて嫁さんと一泊させて頂きました。今回で３回目の訪問です。安定の晩御飯はとても美味で腹パンです。仲居さんもテキパキされていて、満足です。後、朝食ビュッフェは相変わらずの品数で満足です。ただ、今回残念だったのがサウナの後のチョー冷たい水風呂が撤去されていてレインシャワーに変更されたのがとても残念😞朝風呂のサウナがオートロウリュウサウナになったのは良かったですが源泉の水風呂はとても温くて真夏のサウナ後の水風呂が撤去されたのはとてもショックでした。サウナは熱くて良いのに改悪でした。コスパが良くて清潔でお風呂も良くて、お気に入りの宿なので残念😞
