Geographical location: It is within 30 minutes from Higashihagi Station. You can store your luggage at the information center of Higashihagi Station, and then the hotel staff will come back to pick up your luggage. You can go sightseeing first, and then call the hotel staff to pick you up. Basically, they can pick you up for free if the distance is no more than 2km. Service: Standard Japanese hotel level, but nothing too outstanding. Facilities: The room is equipped with facial cleanser, lotion and makeup remover, but like the large bath, it has no special features. There are two types of large public baths. It would be better if the morning large public bath could be open until 11:00, as 9:30 is a bit tight. Food: The meals were different for two consecutive nights. The Choshu beef and seafood were great, but the appetizers and desserts were average, and the other dishes had no special features. You couldn't order puffer fish sashimi unless you arrived before 18:00. The breakfast was not good. Room: A bit old, not very clean, mainly no USB ports etc. Hot springs: Great! Both the standing and sitting areas are great, I recommend trying both large baths!

The hot spring pool in Hagimotojin is interestingly designed. It is fun to soak in a circle of indoor, outdoor and semi-open air. After arriving at Tohagi Station, you can first store your luggage at the station desk. Please ask the staff to contact the hotel to take the luggage to the hotel. After you return from sightseeing, contact the hotel car to pick you up at the station (3:00 to 6:00 pm). The hotel has a car that allows you to go to the observation deck on the top of the mountain (880 yen). It feels good to soak your feet in front of the sunset over the Sea of ​​Japan.

まず　チェックイン時 カウンターの2名のお兄さん　もう少し　愛想良くしてもいいかも…本人たちにしてみれば　これが普通ですと言われるかもしれませんが　ホテルのフロントは　ホテルの代表者(ホテルの顔)なんです…普通じゃダメなんですよ…真顔じゃダメなんです！接客サービス業は作り物でも笑顔が基本ですよ！到着してすぐに残念な感覚でした…笑声で笑顔を心掛けて下さい！ あと　客室の照明ですが　暗すぎる… 朝　メイクをする際　洗面台の上部照明が鏡に遠く　鏡に顔を近付けるともっと暗くなる…女優ライトを設置してとは言わないが（笑）もうすこし明るくなるように出来ないものか…それと　ゴミ箱小さすぎ あと　お土産やさんの営業時間ですが　チェックアウト時間が10時迄なら　お土産やさんの営業時間は同じ10時迄ではなく　10時30分迄とかにするべきでは❔帰りに買おうと思ってても　そんな表示をされてたら　もう閉まるから買えないかな…ゆっくり別のところで買おうと諦めることになります…売り上げも変わると思います… それと　その前に設置してある飲料の自販機ですが　紙パックのカフェオレを買ったのに牛乳が出てきたとの事です… その件伝えたところ　 申し訳ございませんとは言われたが　その後の言葉が　ではどうしましょうかみたいな感じだったので　もういいですで終わりましたが　そこはすかさず　正規のものをお渡しいたしますので少々お待ちくださいませ と動くのが接客サービス業ではないでしょうか❓

スタッフの方々のとても丁寧なカスタマーサービスにホテル到着時から感動しまた。 建物全体は多少古さを感じられる部分はありますが清潔でお部屋も清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。 温泉は露天、屋内とあり風呂のタイプも何種類かあり楽しめました。 シャトルバスで行く足湯も萩の夜景を見ながら楽しむことができ良い体験になりました。 レストランでの夕食も美味しく十分な量で満足しました。 また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。
