Everything was excellent! The room was big, nice, very clean and had a unique view to the outdoor swimming pool. The hotel staff was exceptional, friendly and very helpful. The owners were very friendly and really cared about making our stay lovely. I loved sauna and hamam and especially the daily program. I am looking forward to staying again at this hotel.

Beautiful mountainresort with exeptionally fredly staff. Nice and fresh interior. The food was high class and also the wine selection. Great waiter who gave us god recomadations on local wine to compliment the food. The bed was comfortable and the mountain air was refreshing. SPA/Sauna an Pool areas are wery nice. Relaxing and with wievs out into the woods. Rely enjoyed the aufguss experience and all the different saunas. Want to go back and would absolutly recomend this place! Thank you ＜3

Family of 4 for new year 7 day break - British contingent in the extreme minority but still well catered for in every respect. Hotel room 303 excellent for our our requirements, equipped with sauna and jacuzzi in room + separate bunks for kids. New Year’s Eve party great fun and the family and team looked after us from the moment we arrived and made us extremely welcome throughout. Food extraordinary every morning, lunch, afternoon and evening - Bib Gourmand standard in our opinion but with an obvious heavy emphasis on Tyrolean food. Spa indoor and outdoor pools all excellent. Hotel shuttle to Meran2000 extremely convenient at ＜10 minute transfer. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Very nice family hotel, clean rooms, big spa and outdoor heated pool. The owner asks each guest if everything is ok. We hade a minor comment about the food( our teenagers), and by the evening everything was to our liking. Really commendable.

this modern hotel is set in a beautiful position around 3000feet above Merano and en route to the Merano 2000 (metres) mountain area. it has a full range of very modern pool and sauna facilities and around 70 rooms. room facilities were very good ( ours had a large balcony and day bed with pool views) meals were taken in a rather "canteen" like restaurant; breakfast was self service and some of dinner as well. service by the waitrons was often slow and patchy but usually well meaning; the food itself was fine but not spectacular and rather "corporate" in nature outdoor pool and loungers were very good, indoor pool a little cold and sterile spa/ sauna facilities - mainly textile free of course - were very good and only busy at aufguss time; sadly the facilities did not open until 12 noon ( a pre breakfast sauna would be well received) staff were good but seemed somewhat less engaged than one might like ( ad definitely less than at the Hotel Quelle in Sta Maddalena - see my review thereof) all in all, no major complaints but there is a LOT of competition in the area ( eg the Adler resorts) so visitors should pay close attention to the options available

Struttura immersa in una valle con vista sul bosco ad Avelengo. Resort davvero molto bello ed elegante. La nostra camera Alpine era ampia e bella con una grande terrazza attrezzata con divano, tavolo, sedie ed il must era la vasca idromassaggio con acqua calda. Tutto il soggiorno è stato perfetto con un'attenzione particolare al cliente da parte di tutto lo staff e della proprietà. È anche presente una stanza dei giochi per i bambini molto ben attrezzata sia per i neonati che per gli adolescenti. Dai lego di gomma, alle macchinine, cucina fino ai videogiochi, tavolo da ping pong e da biliardo. La categoria 4 stelle superior è assolutamente confermata. Cibo ottimo tutti i giorni, con buffet differenziato in base alla serata. La Spa è perfetta. Una piscina interna ed una vasca idromassaggio. La piscina esterna con vasca riscaldata. Al primo piano la Spa solo per adulti mentre al piano terra la Spa per le famiglie. Area relax sia al piano terra che al secondo piano.

Wunderbares Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Schöne moderne und großzügige Zimmer. Einen perfekten Wellness Bereich mit ausreichend Ruhezonen. Gastronomie die keine Wünsche offen lässt und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir freuen uns dieses Hotel erleben zu können und kommen gerne wieder.
