There’s a nice swimming pool here, really beautiful. Staffs are very very nice and they are happy to help all your problems, I love them so much! The hotel staffs helped to book two trips for me and the prices are fair. Really happy to stay in the hotel!

Unable to attend hotel due to medical emergency at home. Hotel refuses to cooperate with insurance claim when all I needed for them to do was to tell Trip.com that I did not check in to the hotel. It does not cost them anything but they refuse to do even that. Terrible hotel and will avoid at all cost.
