Even though I told them in advance that I would be arriving late, they didn't accommodate my late arrival, so I arrived at the hotel at midnight and called the hotel and the person in charge, but they didn't answer the phone, and I looked for another hotel late at night, but there was nothing around me. Instead, I took a taxi, spent several thousand yen, and booked another hotel. I asked Trip.com to negotiate a refund with the hotel, but the hotel would not refund the money. There was no apology whatsoever and the response was inadequate, leaving me feeling dissatisfied. I will never go again!

I thought it was nice that each bed had a valuables box. The body soap provided was additive-free and safe to use. The female staff member taught me about Mt. Takao and I had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

I am very pleased with the staff who handled the check in. The place was so clean and organized so I definitely plan my stay here.

Great location if you want to get an early start on Mt. Takao. Beds were much harder than expected but we only stayed one night and were tired after a long trip so it didn't impact us too much. Surprised by how large the room was (rented the family room/unit). If you don't bring towels you can rent a face towel, largest available, for a shower but really the face towel size was fine, not a big deal.

This hostel is very clean and the staff are friendly. There are equipment rentals and a cafe available! If I were to visit Takao san I would stay again!

The location is great. You can eat, it's clean, and it's nice that they rent shoes. I usually use it when I go climbing Mt. Takao.

I took a train that stopped at every station to get to the accommodation, so my check-in was delayed, but the staff was very kind and I was able to stay comfortably during my stay. The room was clean, and they were careful about changing the air. There was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. To get to the accommodation, we recommend taking the JR Chuo Line Rapid or Chuo Special Rapid to Takao (about 1 hour from Tokyo Station) and then changing to the Keio Line Takaosanguchi, one stop away. It seems faster. I look forward to coming back next time.
