Stay here if you are looking for peace, stay out of the city crowd (especially Tokyo, Shinjuku area), but you have to sacrifice some travelling time. We had a chill and relax trip, and really had fun throughout our 8nights stay here.
Hotel's receptionist can communicate well in English, but not to nearby shops/stores. No worries much cause simple English or google translate works well too in Japan. Hotel does provide self service laundry at 3rd floor (few hundred yens only to both wash & dry)

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

The overall room equipment is relatively old and very thin. Mine is the one with a connecting door between two rooms, and the connecting door in the middle cannot be fully opened. But the location of the hotel is really close to the Jr. Station, and there are many restaurants, drugstores and shopping nearby. The hotel staff are also very nice.

The location is good, the room is renovated or beautiful? Some places. The air conditioner remains old and sounds quite good. It's a reduction point that long hair came out from under the pillow that should have been cleaned. It is the front desk of check-in, but if you give the card of the room on purpose, the adjustment is made by the automatic adjustment machine from the beginning? . I feel that breakfast is good. I think it's good to be staying as an ordinary business.

I used it after the short dawn at the restaurant. It is a smoking single youth. The rooms in the building were clean and comfortable. The bad thing was that I heard the sound of using the shower from other rooms, so I was worried about 々 and there seemed to be only one elevator, so it was a bit crowded. Also, because it is located on the street where the night shop gathers, the customer draw is very good. It is very grateful that there are basically few rate fluctuations and low prices everywhere. I will take care of you again.

Libmax needs to be careful because there is a new building and an old hotel rebrand, but this is a new building and safe. However, if it was in the center of the city, it was uncomfortable in the dark room on the lower floor in contact with the condominium next door. I don't know if I come to such a suburb and see this. At least I wanted to have a high floor, but most of the high floors were smoking floors. Because the room was hot, if the air conditioner was strong, the air conditioner was shaking with the sound. I was weakened immediately by the vibration that seems to fall now. The bathroom amenities are substantial, but the bathtub is really narrow and I want a little more room in the bathroom itself. Even so, Mr. ribmax is good at business, and if the vacancy is outstanding for a week, the system is to lower the price with don and take the cancellation fee from 5 days ago. It's a good price to grasp this timing. Breakfast is great. The staff is also.

It is a distance to walk from Hachioji Station, but it is a little scary because you have to walk on the street with a lot of customers until arrival.
The shower water was good and the drain was not packed.

The cooling/heating in the room is not very controlled, and there is a smell in the corridor of the room. However, it is in an excellent location. There are everything around, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, department stores, stations...there are many parking lots around. There are hotels, but they can only park small cars.
If given the chance, I would still choose this hotel.
