The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful even they don’t speak English very well. There were plenty of amenities and they provided premium skincare products. The hotel location was extremely convenient accessible inside the train station and it was quiet.

Directly connected to the station, very convenient for sightseeing! I didn't intend to eat breakfast, but I was surprised that it was substantial! I wanted to eat Hachinohe senbei soup, so I was happy. Also, if there is an opportunity, I would like to use it.

Although it is conveniently connected to Hachinohe Station, the price is not cheap for the inferior facilities, and the national chain business hotel in front of the station seems to be better value for money. The single room is cramped and dark for reading.

We stayed here as a night before our Shinkansen train trip after touring Aomori Prefecture. As we were a family of four, we stayed in two single rooms for two people. The rooms and the entire building were very nicely renovated, so we had a very comfortable stay.

I stayed here to catch the first train from Hachinohe on a business trip to Aomori. It was convenient because it was directly connected to the station, so I could go straight to the hotel when I left the ticket gate. The room was a little better than a business hotel, but I was only there to sleep, so it was no problem. I didn't have time to scout out the surrounding restaurants, but there were no options, so if you were looking for food, I think it would be better to avoid it. There was a small convenience store inside the station. What I liked was the breakfast. The restaurant in the station is open as a breakfast venue, and you can eat from 6:15, so you can make it in time for the first train. The rice cracker soup and dashi chazuke were delicious and I was satisfied from the morning.
