The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful even they don’t speak English very well. There were plenty of amenities and they provided premium skincare products. The hotel location was extremely convenient accessible inside the train station and it was quiet.

Directly connected to the station, very convenient for sightseeing! I didn't intend to eat breakfast, but I was surprised that it was substantial! I wanted to eat Hachinohe senbei soup, so I was happy. Also, if there is an opportunity, I would like to use it.

After taking a bath, I unplugged the bathtub and drained it, but hot water overflowed from the drain and flooded the entire bathroom. When I reported the above situation to the front desk when I checked out the next morning, the two front desk staff didn't check on me or apologize, and I was stunned. Worst response!

八戸駅直結と便利ではあるが、見劣りする施設にお値段は安からず、駅前の全国チェーンのビジネスホテルの方がコスパが良いと思われる。シングルの部屋は窮屈、読み物をするには暗い。

青森県内を周遊して旅行後に新幹線移動の前泊として利用しました。 家族4人での旅行でしたので、シングルの2名利用で二部屋となりました。 部屋や館内全般とてもきれいに改装されていて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

青森出張で八戸より始発に乗る為に宿泊。 駅直結だから改札出たら直ぐホテルで便利でした。 部屋はビジネスホテルに毛が生えた程度ですが、基本寝るだけだったので全く問題なかったです。 周辺食事所は偵察時間無かったですが、選択肢が無いのは間違い無いですので、食目当てならやめた方が良いかなぁと。 駅内に小さなコンビニ有りました。 気に入ったのは朝食です。駅中の食事所が開放されて朝食会場となっているのですが6:15から食べれるので始発に間に合います。 せんべい汁、出汁茶漬けが美味く朝から満足でした。
