Afternoon tea is great, afternoon 4:30-6:00 lounge time, there is a performance of Italian music masters, very comfortable. The room was large, the staff was very warm, breakfast and dinner were very rich, originally booked for one day, the first day of the experience was good, and I added another day. The water temperature of the hot spring was just right. I like the outdoor pool. I can watch the snowflakes fall while soaking in the hot spring.

The building is not well maintained. The iron doors in the old building make noise when opening and closing. The iron fence on the balcony on the fifth floor of the new building is rusted and dirty with bird droppings. The bath seat is low, making it difficult to use conditioner shampoo etc.

一年一度嘅滑雪假期，今次選址安比高原。由於雪場嘅酒店價錢較貴，所以搵咗附近一間有溫泉嘅酒店試吓。酒店會安排喺JR嘅接送服務免費，職員有禮貌，又幫得手，讚！ 住宿包兩餐，早餐每日都係一樣嘅set加少量自助形式嘅食物提供。而晚餐就係shabu shabu，炭燒牛，同埋壽喜燒輪流替換。牛肉係田澤牛，個人認為肉質唔算10分出色，但係可以接受。 酒店內有溫泉，有兩間私人風呂，配套唔錯。唯一較為唔理想嘅地方就係位置較遠，如果唔係自己揸車嘅話，就要由酒店安排嘅接駁車去雪場。 同埋每日嘅早餐時間，晚餐時間，接駁車時間需要提早預備安排，所以唔能夠好自由輕鬆咁樣去每日決定幾點食飯幾點去雪場幾點返。

Rooms were great and dinners super tasty. There were also other fun facilities like onsen, karaoke, arcades, ping pong. So it was all good!
